Is this tutoring?
No. I do not provide academic instruction or homework help. I help parents better understand the elementary school system.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This service does not provide mental health treatment or diagnosis.
Do you work directly with children?
No. Sessions are parent-focused.
What ages or grade levels do you support?
Support is focused on elementary school students (Kindergarten through 5th grade).
What can you help me with?
Common topics include understanding teacher feedback, academic progress concerns, classroom expectations, communication challenges, and questions about school-based support services.
Do you attend school meetings or speak with my child's teacher?
No. My services are parent-focused. I help you understand school feedback and prepare for meetings, but I do not attend school meetings or communicate with schools on your behalf.
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No preparation is required. Just please complete the intake form in your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your session time, if you booked an insight or follow-up session.
If you have specific emails or school communications you want help understanding, it is helpful to have them available.
